  Dr Kara is THE expert in her field. After seeking a trustworthy chiropractor Dr Kara came highly recommended. Well I was not disappointed. She shows a true passion for her profession but most importantly utmost responsibility for her patients health. Dr Kara understands how all parts of the spine impact our body’s equilibrium.   I originally came to Dr. Kara for my TMJ pain, and not only has she helped significantly with that, but with my neck, back, and lower spine as well. It is incredible how much she has truly improved my overall quality of life. You will never find a more caring or skillful chiropractor than her!   I cannot say enough to portray how amazing Dr. Kara and her practice is. Her energy is very positive and comforting. I learned so much in such a quick time at my 1st consultation. And I felt heard and understood.  I sought her out due to some pretty severe back pain and within 2 sessions I had improvement & relief! I also appreciate,  as a mom, how amazingly family friendly the office culture is. There is a changing table in the bathroom, toys, and a play area for kids and Dr. Kara goes ABOVE and far beyond to make the kids feel comfortable and included. Also, cannot go without mentioning her amazing staff working at the front desk. Both girls are so friendly and have the best energy. This place is truly a gem in Mendham. 10000% recommend

  Dr.Kara has magic hands! Yesterday I went in with a sore aching lower back I left and the pain was totally gone!  Not to mention I have been a patient over a year went in because of the reversing curvature of my neck and frequent neck soreness- one year later x rays show the reverse curve is gone and I now never have that pain! Kara has a professional kind caring warm attitude and magical hands and so much knowledge I highly recommend.  She deserves all the success.

  Love this place! Dr Kara and Sarah are both so friendly and nice people. It’s a great environment, and she has helped my neck and tailbone pain so much. The x rays and thermo scans are very helpful to see progress. I wish I came here a long time ago, but glad I come now. And she really seems to care about helping you feel and move better.
