At Hand in Hand Chiropractic, we pride ourselves on helping our patients live healthier lifestyles. Here’s what our patients are saying:

What was the main reason you initially sought out care?

I’d been having some trouble with my neck and my back for a little while, and Dr. Kara came highly recommended, so I thought I’d come in and pay a visit.

How has chiropractic care improved your overall well-being?

My back is definitely a lot looser than it used to be. I no longer get the muscle spasms and the tightening up. My neck has been much better when I’m looking at screens. I have much less discomfort on a daily basis when I’m working on my laptop or working at my computer desk.

What advice would you give to someone considering chiropractic care for the first time?

Just come in and get checked out. Dr. Kara is very good. She’s very patient. She’ll come up with a dedicated treatment plan. There’s definitely no pressure to seek any treatment. It’s all on you whether you want to go ahead and proceed.

How would you describe what it feels like to get adjusted?

It’s almost like a release of pressure in your joints. You can feel really tight or a little bit stiff. When you get adjusted, it’s like that pressure is being relieved, so you can feel like you’re moving around a lot more freely.

How would you describe the atmosphere and environment?

It’s very casual and laid-back. It’s a very nice atmosphere. There’s calming music playing in the background most of the time. It’s very open and family-oriented—just a nice and relaxed ambience.

What is the most important thing people should know about visiting Hand in Hand Chiropractic?

If there are any hesitations and you’re scared, just move forward into it. Get seen and have that initial consultation. Don’t worry about any future treatment plans. If you’ve got issues, come in and get them looked at, and make sure you get the tailored plan for you. That’s what Dr. Kara can sort.
