Now welcoming new patients!
Wondering what a visit to Hand in Hand Chiropractic actually looks like? In this short video, Dr. Kara walks you through the office and the intake process for new patients – from your first consultation and spinal evaluation to what a routine adjustment visit feels like for you and your family. No matter the reason you’re seeking out our care, this is a great place to start.
New Patient Onboarding Schedule
Your care starts with two dedicated visits: one to understand your health history and evaluate your spine, and a second to review the findings together and begin your care plan.
Day 1: Consultation & Exam
First, we will sit one-on-one with you to understand your health history, health concerns, and health goals. Next, we will provide a thorough chiropractic examination to assess your spine, posture, and range of motion using various testing. Spinal X-rays may be recommended depending on your history and exam. We offer X-rays in-house for your convenience.
Day 2: Review of Findings & First Adjustment
On your next visit, we will review your exam findings and any x-rays that were taken. We will then establish a care plan to deliver optimal results and achieve your health goals. Your care plan begins with your first adjustment, which will begin the healing process.
We tailor your individual chiropractic care to meet your unique needs, provide you the best results, and keep you moving towards your health goals.
