How has Dr. Kara’s chiropractic care helped you?
I’ve been seeing Dr. Kara for three years. I first came in to see her with some postpartum aches and pains from my first pregnancy. She helped me regain my strength and maintain that through my second pregnancy. Now I bring both of my kids to see Dr. Kara. I always feel welcome when I come into her office and I leave feeling relaxed. I’ve referred both of my parents to come see her as well as many friends. Everybody loves her. I can’t recommend her enough.
Why is a family chiropractic practice important to you?
It makes it just so much easier to get here because I always have a kid with me who are running here and there so she makes it very family friendly that I could bring the kids if they’re getting adjusted or not. So it’s definitely helpful. Dr. Kara has an amazing kids area with a table and toys and crayons. So my kids are well entertained while I’m getting adjusted. Not only are we getting adjustments but we’re also getting an education.
Why would you recommend chiropractic care for postpartum mothers?
I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Kara and chiropractics for postpartum moms. I was having aches and pains from holding the baby on one side and doing too much on the other and she really helped me and supported me and I’ve never been stronger. So all postpartum moms, I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Kara and getting adjustments.
How has your overall health improved since starting chiropractic care with Dr. Kara?
Coming to see Dr. Kara has definitely become part of my wellness routine. I feel great when I’m leaving and throughout the day, throughout the week, she definitely helps turn my lights on.
