Simple adjustments for natural pain relief

We like to keep things simple, which is why the chiropractic adjustment is at the core of our quality service. In fact, it’s our specialty.

Our adjustments are not only effective at providing pain and symptom relief, but they are effective at addressing underlying musculoskeletal issues that are affecting nervous system function.

Therefore, we don’t offer additional services such as electric stimulation, physical therapy or massage, as these additional services end up costing patients more time and money. Not to mention, we see the greatest results from chiropractic adjustments alone, which allows the body to adapt, heal, and express greater health from within.

Safe

Chiropractic is safe.

Doctors of Chiropractic are licensed health care professionals trained to safely and expertly administer specific adjustments to the spinal column. Each person’s spine is unique, which is why we cater our care to the unique needs of each patient. From newborns to adults, we use various techniques to care for patients of all ages.

Chiropractors often use spinal X-rays to determine the best course of care for each patient. X-rays are not only a diagnostic tool, but enhance the safety and specificity of adjustments for a better patient experience. We may recommend taking X-rays because, “To see is to know, and we won’t guess about your health.” X-rays are conveniently available in our office to expedite your care.

Unlocking the body’s natural healing

Chiropractic is natural health care without the use of drugs or surgery. Chiropractors take a holistic, hands-on approach to your health, working with your body’s own ability to heal itself.

The foundation of chiropractic is the spinal adjustment. During an adjustment, chiropractors use their hands or an instrument to deliver a precise, corrective adjustment into areas of the spine that are misaligned or lacking proper motion. In chiropractic, this spinal misalignment is called a “subluxation” (i.e. a misaligned vertebra that affects nerve function). After an adjustment is made, motion is restored to the spine and pressure is taken off the nerves. This reduces stress, tension, and allows allows the body to return to a more balanced state. With time and repetition, this reduces pain, symptoms, and increases overall function from within, as the spine stabilizes and nervous system function is restored. This is where healing begins.
